What began as a small, lovingly run family bakery in the heart of Friedrichshain has grown into something more than just a place for sweet treats: today, KuchenRausch also stands for classic dishes of German-Swiss cuisine made with heart.
For over 15 years, we have been delighting our guests with handmade cakes, tortes, and pastries crafted from the finest regional ingredients. Our passion for traditional craftsmanship and our desire to make people happy through good food inspired us to expand our culinary offerings.
